This PoB will contain different setups based on how far you've come in your progression. This league I'm condensing all PoBs into a single one rather than having several different setups. This video showcases T16 map and Shaper Guardian farming on a extremely cheap budget. It's using a Tabula and uniques that shouldn't cost more than 1 chaos on leaguestart. This video basically showcases the same thing as above, though with a much cheaper budget. Extreme Beginning Budget League Starter Testing: This video showcases T16 map and Shaper Guardian farming. Good news is, none of these items are required to do the content I'm doing in this video. Also, I was using a shield in this video that won't exist next league. It's probably not going to be the case this league though. In past leagues I've purchased these items for basically nothing. Concerns have been raised regarding the Covenant Chest and Maw of Mischief helm though as these items probably are going to be meta this leaguestart and therefore, very expensive. It uses very basic gear that normally are very cheap. to simulate 3.19 as good as I can, eventhough the videos were filmed a couple of days before the league launch. I've made sure to change the skilltrees, remove buffing spectres et.c. For now, I'm posting 2 early draft videos in preperation for 3.19 to showcase how the build plays extremely early into the league. The minion nerf and changes are basically so vast that most minion builds should be completely different now.

Since Minion builds basically are getting revamped this league I won't be posting any videos of the build doing endgame content from previous leagues. Once again, it's going to be a live-update type of buildguide where we discuss and discover new things throughout the league and add them to the skeleton build concepts I have provided in the PoBs below. I'll be posting 3.19 videos here of how the build is performing aswell as my own updated PoBs so people who still are interested in build can follow what I'm doing. But for now, anything concerning 3.19 will be posted in here.

Once this league has finished and I have a more firm grasp on how the different versions of the build will look and I've playtested everything, I'll be rewriting the entire buldguide. Everything beneath this spoiler only applies to previous leagues and is outdated. Everything related to 3.19 Kalandra League will be posted here in this spoiler. Instead I'll be doing as I've done in the past when huge changes were coming. Before I do that, I want to make sure that everything is up to date and that I've playtested everything, which will be impossible now since the league haven't released yet. Since the changes to minions are so grand this time, I'm not re-writing the general build guide. I've now completely abandoned the buildconcept of using Victario's Charity for boosting minion dps and I'm now embracing build concepts that max out block to boost our own survivability instead. The Plaguebringer noteable for Necromancers will somewhat offset this nerf though.ĭue to the nerf to power and Frenzy charges, the Necromantic Aegis keystone is now completely worthless and should probably be removed from the game. Necromancer builds are also losing 2 levels from Unnatural Strength which adds another life and dmg reduction of ~20% more. Minions are also losing ~20% life and damage scaling when at gem level 20 which hurts league starting pretty much. No matter what you're able to craft on your bone rings, it'll never come close in power. The loss of 600% crit chance and 33% attack speed from Frenzy and Power Charges are irreplacable. That being said, minion builds should still be fine at the high end and early on if we design our builds correctly. Personally, I don't think this will happen. GGG says that we should be able to reach the same powerlevel as before, or even more with the new minion items they're introducing. The basic implications this has is that minion builds are nerfed across the board early on. The plan GGG has moving forward is for minion builds to scale better from gear and worse from levels. The 3.19 Lake of Kalandra league introduces a huge meta shakeup for all minion builds due to massive changes coming to the natural level scaling of minions.
